Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Estimator to analyze architectural plans, surveys, and client specs to prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape and pool projects. You will quantify materials, labor, and equipment, and prepare detailed tender documents with BOQs and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management and at least 5 years of estimating experience, with proficiency

• Experience reading architectural/engineering drawings and specs.

• Quantify all materials, labor, and equipment required for landscaping features, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and pool construction, translating designs into measurable quantities.
• Source and obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors for materials, plants, equipment, and specialized services, fostering strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare detailed tender documents, including bill of quantities, cost breakdowns, and project schedules, presenting a clear and comprehensive financial proposal.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, providing a strong theoretical foundation.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in estimating for landscape and/or pool construction projects, demonstrating a proven track record.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, site plans, and specifications for accurate take-offs.
• Expertise in using estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Accubid) and Microsoft Excel for quantity surveying and cost analysis.
