Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PMI-SP, PSP or PMP certifications are highly desirable.
• Additional training in project controls, risk management or contract administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling and baseline development assistance.
• Develop WBS, activity logic, calendars and durations.
• Prepare 2–4 week look‑ahead schedules aligned with site execution.
• Update programmes based on actual site progress and monitor progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with dashboards and charts.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering and procurement teams.
• Identify schedule slippages and notify senior staff.
• Maintain planning logs, narratives and progress backups.
