Job summary

eSol Global seeks a Senior Network & Firewall Engineer to lead L3 engineering across Dubai with multi-vendor platforms (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Huawei). You will drive secure enterprise networking, zero-downtime migrations, and complex firewall policies in a high-availability environment.

We require a CCIE Enterprise expert with 8–10+ years in enterprise networking and security operations, capable of bridging design and implementation while coordinating vendor teams and ensuring five-nines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering and security operations experience.
• Active Cisco CCIE Enterprise certification (Mandatory).
• Experience configuring multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Huawei).
• Experience with dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF) and high-availability topologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, deployment, and migration of multi-vendor enterprise networks in Dubai, UAE.
• Provide Level-3 engineering support for routing, switching, and firewall outages.
• Configure, harden, and manage NGFWs across Fortinet FortiGate, Palo Alto, and Cisco devices.
• Direct large-scale network migrations and data center/campus cutovers with zero downtime.
• Manage dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and MPLS architectures.
• Deploy campus and data center switching with Cisco Catalyst/Nexus and Huawei platforms.
• Establish and maintain secure IPSec/VPN tunnels and zero-trust segmentation.
• Perform packet captures, RCA, and network performance tuning.
• Maintain network blueprints, HLD/LLD, SOPs, and change logs.
• Collaborate with architects, SOCs, and vendor engineers to meet SLAs.
