Confidential Careers in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Performance Management Manager to design, implement, and continuously enhance our performance management framework across multiple business units. You will lead end-to-end PM cycles, ensuring goals align with organizational strategy and driving a high-performance culture.

As a PM leader, you will coach managers, develop KPI methodologies, and partner with HR leadership to embed performance accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 10 years of HR experience with a minimum of 5 years in Performance Management, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
• Experience designing and implementing performance management frameworks.
• Experience in a multinational organization.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a comprehensive performance management framework across the organization.
• Develop policies, governance, rating methodologies, templates, and calendars.
• Align PM processes with strategy, culture, and business objectives.
• Cascade goals from corporate level to units, departments, teams, and individuals.
• Drive consistency, fairness, and transparency across PM processes.
• Manage the full annual PM cycle: goals, KPIs, reviews, calibration, and analytics.
• Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to strengthen performance.
• Facilitate calibration discussions and governance committees.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on PM matters.
• Monitor framework effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
