Job summary

Royal Joinery UAE is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the joinery factory and fit-out projects in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. You will manage the entire production process, plan schedules, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring high-quality wood products.

The role requires at least 5 years in a similar position, with a degree in engineering or construction management, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills to lead supervisors and production teams to meet

Qualifications

• Experience in a joinery company is a must.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to production supervisors and teams.
• Set performance expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture within the production department.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee production activities to meet customer orders and project deadlines.
• Develop production processes and continuously improve efficiency.
• Allocate manpower, machinery, and equipment to maximize output.
• Implement quality control measures and regular inspections.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for savings.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve targets.
• Identify process improvements and deliver measurable gains.
