Job summary

The successful candidate will drive process improvements, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with design teams to evaluate production feasibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a Joinery company is a must.
• A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design evaluation and production planning.
• Lead production supervisors and teams with strong communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities to meet orders and project deadlines.
• Develop and optimize production processes.
• Allocate manpower, machinery, and equipment efficiently to maximise output.
• Implement quality control processes and regular inspections.
