Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to own job grading, salary structures, market benchmarking and governance across a regional workforce in the UAE. You will act as the SME for job evaluation and reward frameworks, ensuring consistency, equity and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward or Job Evaluation.
• Strong experience managing job grading frameworks and salary structures.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills for modelling and workforce data.
• Experience using salary surveys and external market data to support reward decisions.
• Exposure to organisational design or workforce planning would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the organisation's job architecture, including job families, grades, levels, and role catalogue.
• Evaluate new and revised positions using a recognised grading methodology.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and reward frameworks across multiple territories.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyse salary survey data to support compensation decisions.
• Provide cost modelling and recommendations for offers, promotions, retention cases, and salary reviews.
• Monitor internal equity, pay compression, grading anomalies, and governance compliance.
• Maintain compensation records, grading decisions, and supporting reward documentation.
