Job summary

Dubai Insurance Co. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Lead to oversee and lead the company’s technical and infrastructure designs, activities, and governance. The role focuses on compute, system, network engineering and cybersecurity across the DIN environment.

The candidate will supervise Windows/Unix OS, Oracle/SQL databases, DR planning, and cloud technologies while coordinating with vendors and leadership to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.
• MCSE / MCSA certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases and security.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead technical designs, governance, and infra projects.
• Manage Windows and Unix OS environments, networking and storage.
• Maintain and secure Oracle and SQL databases, plan DR/backup.
• Ensure SLA compliance and vendor coordination for IT systems.
• Oversee cloud hosted technologies and infrastructure budgeting.
• Provide leadership and direction to IT teams.
