Job summary

Fortes Education is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support across corporate offices and schools. You will manage Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and security while delivering end-user support to staff, students, and teaching technologies.

The role involves participating in IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and documentation, with a focus on reliable service delivery and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years in senior IT support or infrastructure role, preferably in educational environments.
• Experience supporting corporate and academic environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Windows Server environments, networking, and enterprise applications.
• Support school MIS platforms (iSAMS, SIMS, Bromcom, or equivalent) and classroom technologies.
• Lead IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and security initiatives with strong end-user support.
