Job summary

EUREKA RESTAURANT & CAFE L.L.C is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to oversee IT operations for its multi-brand outlets, central kitchen, warehouse and Head Office in the UAE. The role emphasizes maintaining restaurant technology, infrastructure, and security while minimizing downtime across all locations.

Responsibilities include supporting Foodics POS, KDS kiosks, delivery integrations, ERP/Odoo, CRM, and cloud platforms (AWS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
• 5-8 years IT Support/Operations experience, 3+ years in F&B or multi-site
• Strong hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems in multi-outlet environments
• Knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, hardware, software and cloud technologies
• Experience with AWS, ERP, CRM and inventory management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across restaurants, central kitchen, warehouse and Head Office
• Troubleshoot and maintain restaurant POS systems and delivery integrations
• Support ERP Odoo, CRM, inventory management and other business applications
• Manage IT infrastructure including networking, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, servers and cloud platforms AWS
• Maintain CCTV hardware/software and IT security
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support and upgrades
• Lead IT setup for new store openings and technology rollouts
• Ensure backups, preventive maintenance, data security and minimal downtime across outlets
• Identify opportunities to automate IT operations and apply AI solutions

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to manage and support IT operations across our multi-brand F&B outlets central kitchen warehouse and Head Office. The role involves maintaining restaurant technology systems, IT infrastructure, networking, cloud applications, and hardware while ensuring smooth business operations and minimal system downtime across all locations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across restaurants, central kitchen, warehouse and Head Office
• Troubleshoot and maintain restaurant POS systems Foodics preferred KDS kiosks printers and delivery aggregator integrations
• Support ERP Odoo CRM inventory management and other business applications
• Manage IT infrastructure networking Wi-Fi routers switches firewalls servers and cloud platforms AWS
• Maintain CCTV hardware software audio video systems and IT security
• Coordinate with vendors ISPs e and du and service providers for technical support and system upgrades
• Lead IT setup implementation and support for new store openings and technology rollouts
• Ensure system backups preventive maintenance data security and minimal downtime across all outlets
• Identify opportunities to improve IT operations through automation and AI solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations, with at least 3 years in F&B, hospitality or multi-site retail
• Strong hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems in a multi-outlet environment
• Good knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, hardware, software and cloud technologies
• Experience with AWS, ERP, CRM and inventory management systems
• Knowledge of Foodics, Grubtech and Odoo will be an advantage
• Experience in CCTV systems and delivery aggregator integrations
• Minimum 3 years of UAE work experience
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across UAE outlets and provide support outside regular working hours when required
