Job summary

Sundus is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (UAEN) to drive growth in IT services and solutions. The role focuses on expanding the client base, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT services landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of hitting sales targets while effectively conveying business value of technical offerings.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in business development, sales or account management within IT/technology services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and the IT services sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Research prospects and understand their business and technology needs.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, outreach, events, partnerships, and digital channels.
• Build strong relationships with prospects, clients, and senior decision-makers.
• Present and position IT services and solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers with internal teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and handover.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and performance reports.
• Collaborate with technical, presales, delivery, and management teams on client solutions.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies for new opportunities.
• Attend industry events and networking activities.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve sales, revenue, and business development targets.
