Job summary

Intertec Softwares seeks an experienced Programme/Project Manager to lead large cross‑disciplinary initiatives in a complex client environment in the UAE. You will plan, control, and deliver multi‑supplier projects on time and within budget, while building executive relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading large cross-functional project teams and complex initiatives.
Ability to manage executive stakeholder relationships at client and internal levels.
Mentor and coach Junior Project Managers to develop project delivery capability.
Strong governance, risk management and change management capabilities.
Experience with data center infrastructure, DRP/BCP, and transition projects.

Responsibilities

Deliver large, long-term projects with multi-disciplinary teams across suppliers.
Plan, manage and deliver projects to meet contracted service levels and budgets.
Build and maintain executive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Coach/mentor Junior Project Managers and develop delivery practices.
Identify, assess and manage risks and resource requirements to achieve outcomes.
