The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT project delivery, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps or MS Project. The role involves collaboration with external vendors in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and external vendors.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project participants.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when required.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and best practices.
