Job summary

Hybrid Global Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned IT finance professional in Dubai to oversee budgeting, GL management, and project accounting for key IT initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience with IT spend controls, accruals, asset capitalization, and audit support. You will coordinate with Finance and Project Managers to ensure timely, compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Finance, Technology Performance Management, Project Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT budget utilization and ensure financial compliance and cost discipline.
• Manage budget confirmations, cost approvals, GL utilization, LPOs, and project invoice queries.
• Reconcile monthly GLs for high-value IT projects and coordinate additional budget requirements.
• Liaise with Finance to establish new project GLs and manage budget-related processes.
• Coordinate timely closure and capitalization of IT projects with Project Managers and Finance.
• Ensure accurate booking of fixed assets and commencement of depreciation.
• Manage monthly closure of expired AMS contracts and related accrual reversals.
• Calculate and submit monthly IT accruals, ensuring accurate period cut-offs.
• Support Internal Audit activities and provide required financial/project information.
