Job summary

Hybrid Global Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager for IT Managed Services in Dubai. The role is on-site with a 12-month contract, extending based on business needs.

A Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS is required, with 6–7 years of project management experience. Responsibilities include leading managed services initiatives, optimizing IT operations, and ensuring SLAs are met while coordinating across IT and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience (the ad specifies 6-7 years).
• Experience in IT managed services is preferred.
• On-site role in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Provide business applications support to group entities and manage transitions to the Application Support framework.
• Lead and drive solutions for managed services deals, focusing on IT infrastructure and staff augmentation.
• Improve operational efficiency by automating tasks and implementing best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within IT operations.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to address operational requirements and service issues.
• Implement automation to improve performance and reduce manual effort.
• Communicate updates on IT operations, incidents, and service requests to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Manage process and framework governance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure service delivery meets targets and quality.
• Support development of IT infrastructure managed services including IT operations, Service management, Data Center, Network, End User Support, and customer management.
