Job summary

Finastra in Dubai seeks an experienced Lead Project Manager to plan, execute and deliver client-facing projects on time and within budget. You will coordinate consultants and internal resources, define objectives, and oversee quality control across the project lifecycle.

You will maintain strong client relationships, ensure adherence to contractual obligations, and work to optimize financial returns on projects while upholding Finastra’s reputation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end Project Management experience
• Fluent in Arabic; native-level proficiency is highly preferred
• Experience with customer-facing projects and not internal to the organization
• Experience with project management techniques and tools
• Customer driven and able to work within a team environment
• Direct work experience leading large scale initiatives in a service environment

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalize projects within deadlines and budget
• Coordinate resources and consultants/contractors to deliver projects
• Define project objectives and oversee quality control
• Maintain good client relationships and protect Finastra reputation
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables
• Provide regular project status updates and governance
• Identify dependencies, risks and resolve conflicts
