Detailed Job Description:

As a Senior IT Field Engineer at Whitehats LLC in Dubai, UAE, you will take full ownership of traveling to customer sites across Dubai and other Emirates to implement, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain complex IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud environments, configuring enterprise networking (VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, Wi-Fi), administering VMware, Hyper-V, and physical servers, and setting up firewalls (FortiGate, Sophos, Cisco, Ubiquiti). Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert onsite and remote IT field support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance across customer environments in Dubai and other Emirates.
• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Manage Microsoft 365 cloud productivity suites, Azure tenant administrations, user migrations, and security configurations.
