Job summary

RapidData in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. With 4+ years in IT, you will gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specs, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and QA from an Agile standpoint, create user stories, maintain the Jira backlog, and drive requirements to completion through the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT industry experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in creating BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Work with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Architects in an Agile environment.
• Create and maintain Jira backlog items and acceptance criteria.
• Perform process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support UAT and release planning.
