Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in Business Analysis and Product Analysis.
Based in UAE with immediate availability.
Strong expertise in requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs with multiple integrations.
Hands-on Agile delivery in multi-squad environments with backlog management.
Strong stakeholder management bridging business, product, and technology teams.
Banking/Financial Services experience in digital channels, onboarding, payments, or servicing preferred.
Bachelor’s degree; CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certifications are an advantage.
