Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) invites senior IRD trading professionals to join Treasury. You will manage IRD trading risk, provide liquidity to CIBG clients, and drive profitability while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will lead the pricing and structuring of IRD products, oversee trading operations, and collaborate across desks to deliver strategic objectives in a multi-currency, multi-product environment. A strong track record in derivatives and risk controls is essential.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of IRD trading experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Computer Science.
• Experience pricing complex derivatives.
• Able to manage the complexity of a multi-currency, multi-product rates book.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bank's IRD risk to provide liquidity for CIBG clients.
• Position the IRD book to meet targets within the risk framework and develop SOPs.
• Deliver results to meet trading targets and support group objectives.
• Support the structuring of ADCB’s IRD products.
• Lead trading operations including pricing, risk, and execution of trades.
• Lead ongoing market evaluation and hedging strategies.
• Manage self and team per ADCB policies and drive performance.
• Recommend improvements to departmental policies and processes.
• Identify opportunities for organizational and departmental improvement.
• Deliver service in line with ADCB standards.
