Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank at the Abu Dhabi Head Office seeks an Analyst WBG / Treasury Business Finance to support budgeting, forecasting and financial analytics across the bank's businesses. You will collaborate with Line Management to provide timely insights and robust performance management, enabling informed decisions.

The role requires 2-5 years in finance analytics, a Finance degree, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Business/Finance analytics role.
• BA in Finance/Accounting or relevant field.
• Analytical and financial skills.
• Adequate communication skills blended with strong work ethics.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Balanced attention to detail with swift execution.
• Finance qualification (CMA, ACCA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist Line Manager in providing financial analytics, performance management, planning & support to respective businesses within ADIB.
• Provide timely business insights to management to meet financial targets driven by budgets and forecasts.
• Produce monthly business analysis including budget variance analysis and share it with stakeholders.
• Support cost discipline with cost intelligence to tightly manage direct/controllable costs.
• Monitor RWA, RoRWA, RoRAC and other profitability metrics at business/client level.
• Produce weekly business forecast/flash reports.
• Monitor financing and deposits movements daily and identify key changes by client.
• Assist in preparing the annual corporate plan in coordination with senior management.
