Cisco Systems in Dubai is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth with a major EMEA Service Provider partner. You will drive revenue by leveraging Mobility solutions, coordinating Cisco teams, and shaping go-to-market strategies with senior executives.

Based in the UAE, you will craft compelling narratives for enterprise opportunities, deliver top-tier product demos, and promote joint marketing initiatives to accelerate deal closures and market visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development or account management experience within the mobile network operator space.
• Expertise in understanding enterprise and mobile operator business needs with the ability to craft and customize compelling narratives.
• Strong knowledge of carrier and enterprise business development with a proven track record of outstanding performance.
• Prior sales or partnership experience within the M2M and IoT market.
• Exceptional communication skills including a strong visual aesthetic and the ability to tell a persuasive story.
• Superior relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at all levels including senior executives.
• Advanced proficiency in presentation design and slide development.
• Extensive experience presenting to C-level executives and high-stakes prospects.
• An understanding of advanced mobile operator capabilities and features and how to translate them into enterprise applications
• A self-starter mentality with a focus on fast execution and results.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customer teams to identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities through the sales funnel to closure with Cisco Mobility solutions.
• Develop competitive proposals and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support joint partner marketing initiatives to drive market awareness.
• Become an expert in mobility products and deliver world-class demos to drive enterprise sales opportunities.
• Coordinate internal resources to maximize win rates and optimize expertise usage.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, influencing at senior levels.
• Liaise between customer and Cisco teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timing.
