Emirates Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Supply Chain Assistant to manage stock control, inventory records and replenishment across multiple facilities. You will coordinate picking, packing and distribution, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate inventory balances.

Qualifications

12 years of schooling or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in non-aircraft procurement.
Experience in inventory management and record keeping.
Experience using Oracle ERP systems (Oracle).

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate physical and system inventory; conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate replenishment, picking, packing, transfer and distribution of stock.
Validate uniforms issuance, entitlements, and related inventory transactions.
Monitor stock levels, consumption and demand to optimise availability and minimise excess.
Prepare stock requisitions and follow up on open orders with buyers/suppliers.
Receive and verify stock against purchase orders and specifications; escalate discrepancies.
