Job summary

Emirates Gallery for General Trading in Fujairah seeks an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee stock control, warehouse coordination, and accuracy across multiple locations.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in FMCG/retail inventory management, hands-on ERP experience, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to drive efficient replenishment, turnover, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Management / Stock Control.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Supermarket, Wholesale, or Distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor overall inventory and stock control activities.
• Maintain accurate stock levels across warehouses and retail locations.
• Monitor stock movements, receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Identify and control slow-moving, excess, damaged, and expired stock.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Analyze inventory reports and investigate stock variances.
• Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize losses and wastage.
• Ensure proper product storage, organization, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
