Job summary

Nathan & Nathan Human Resources seeks a Senior Inventory Support to manage daily inventory activities in a manufacturing environment based in Dubai, with travel to Abu Dhabi offices several times a week.

You will ensure ERP accuracy, perform stock reconciliations, coordinate with multiple teams, and support monthly closures and audits. Prior manufacturing inventory experience is essential, with SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics/Odoo exposure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Support daily inventory activities for raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Ensure all stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
Monitor inventory transactions and follow up on pending, incomplete, duplicate, or incorrect entries.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely movement of materials.
Perform regular reconciliation between physical stock and ERP records.
Investigate stock variances, identify root causes, and prepare variance reports with supporting documentation.
Support monthly inventory closing and reconciliation activities.
Coordinate and support scheduled physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
Prepare count sheets, record physical count differences, and ensure reconciliations are completed within agreed timelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, dashboards, and management updates.
Monitor and report on inventory accuracy, stock movements, adjustments, pending transactions, cycle-count status, and slow-/non-moving inventory.
Maintain accurate records for goods receipts, material issues, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
Ensure all inventory adjustments have the required approvals and supporting documentation.
Support internal and external audits by providing inventory reports and documentation as required.
Maintain ERP master-data accuracy, including item codes, descriptions, units of measurement, and warehouse locations.
Identify process gaps and support improvements to inventory controls, reporting, automation, SOPs, and work instructions.
