Job summary

Al Burhani General Trading LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager from the interior fit-out flooring industry to lead projects from post-sales handover to final completion. The successful candidate will own projects, ensuring client satisfaction, quality delivery, and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in the Interior Fit-Out, Flooring or Joinery industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, retail, hospitality, residential or corporate fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, budgeting, and quality management.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects after handover from Sales and drive timely completion.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor all activities from commencement to handover.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, installers and suppliers.
• Prepare schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Monitor budgets, variations and overall profitability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and client communication.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
