Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead interior fit-out from mobilization to handover, ensuring top quality and flawless execution. The role demands coordination across disciplines to avoid clashes and meet milestones, while continuously monitoring progress, safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in interior fit-out, with at least 5 years in a PM role, and a proven track record with luxury hotels, high-end residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
• 12–15 years of interior fit-out experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Experience delivering luxury hotels, high-end residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of luxury finishes, joinery, marble, stone, metal works, decorative finishes, FF&E, and MEP coordination.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, QA/QC, and handover procedures.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and suppliers; managing multiple subcontractors.
• Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership and negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all interior fit-out activities from mobilization to final handover.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate all disciplines to avoid clashes and maintain programme milestones.
• Monitor progress, safety, and quality performance.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet project targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and client/consultant meetings.
