Job summary

Recruitment International Group (RIG) invites an experienced Senior Interior / FF&E Designer to join a leading Dubai-based interior design company. The role focuses on high-end interior concepts, FF&E selection, and delivering projects from concept through installation.

The candidate should possess a strong design eye, extensive materials knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with senior stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Strong experience in Interior Design and FF&E.
• Experience in a senior design position.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential, hospitality or luxury interiors.
• Excellent knowledge of furniture, lighting, materials and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp or similar 3D tools.
• Strong communication and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of interior design concepts from brief to completion.
• Create mood boards, material palettes and presentation packages.
• Manage FF&E specifications, schedules and procurement.
• Source furniture, lighting, fabrics and finishes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and procurement teams.
• Prepare detailed design documentation and presentations.
• Develop layouts, furniture plans and design schemes.
• Review samples and product specifications.
• Mentor junior designers and support the design team.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
