Job Description
Our client is looking for a passionate, visionary Senior Interior Designer to join their growing Dubai studio. This is a career‑defining role for a designer who wants to lead complex, design‑driven projects across hospitality, residential, healthcare and wellness, while mentoring a talented team around them. You will sit close to the leadership team, helping to drive design direction, client relationships and the successful delivery of outstanding interiors from concept to completion.
If you enjoy taking ownership, love crafting beautiful, intelligent spaces and are excited by the idea of influencing the next chapter of an ambitious design studio, this role will give you the platform to do your best work.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams across multiple stages of design and delivery, from concept through to construction documentation.
- Develop space planning proposals, material and finishes selections, and FF&E documentation
- Prepare schedules (FF&E, finishes, joinery) and assist in the coordination of these packages
- Produce accurate Revit drawings and basic 3D modelling, contributing to coordinated documentation packages
- Prepare presentation materials for internal reviews and client meetings.
- Absorb the studio's design language and standards by working closely alongside senior team members on live projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in hospitality, healthcare, or commercial interior design projects
- A solid technical foundation in space planning, material selection, and FF&E documentation
- Essential Revit skills, including the ability to produce accurate drawings and basic 3D models
- Exceptional organisational skills and genuine attention to detail, the kind of person who double-checks their own drawing sets before anyone asks them to
- A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn from senior designers and studio partners directly, rather than at arm's length through management layers
- A personal design sensibility that resonates with the studio's minimalist, human-centric, wellness-driven ethos — someone who is drawn to considered, material-led design over decorative trend work
- Ambition to grow within a small studio structure where progression is visible and mentorship is direct, rather than lost in a large corporate hierarchy
- 9-16k AED dependent on experience
- Company Bonus after 12 months of employment
- Work with an inspiring team on high-end bespoke interior design projects across the Middle East
