Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion
• Produce innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards
• Manage project timelines budgets and coordination with internal teams and external consultants
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings specifications and presentations
• Mentor and support junior designers fostering a collaborative team environment
• Liaise directly with clients contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design with a strong focus on hospitality projects
• Proven portfolio showcasing luxury hotel restaurant or F amp B design work
• Proficiency in design software including Revit AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and rendering tools e g 3ds Max V-Ray or similar
• Strong understanding of materials finishes FF amp E selection and technical detailing
• Excellent communication presentation and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality projects
• Proven portfolio showcasing luxury hotel, restaurant, or F&B design work
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar)
