Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 10+ years of professional FF&E design experience.
• Proven track record in luxury hospitality and/or high-end residential projects.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from concept to site delivery.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E materials, finishes, suppliers and installation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FF&E design across luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects.
• Develop FF&E concepts, schemes, specifications and detailed design packages.
• Take projects through the full design process from concept to site delivery.
• Prepare and review FF&E schedules, specifications and technical documents.
• Coordinate with interior design, architecture, procurement and delivery teams.
• Engage suppliers and manufacturers for bespoke FF&E solutions.
• Review samples, shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Support procurement and installation, maintaining design intent.
• Attend site to oversee FF&E installation and resolve issues.
• Mentor and support junior designers.
