Job summary

Client of Redfish Solutions is seeking an experienced interior designer focused on hospitality projects. You will contribute from concept through completion, developing creative concepts aligned with brand standards and client briefs.

The role involves coordinating with senior designers and external consultants while guiding junior designers and design assistants. You will prepare detailed drawings, specifications, schedules, and presentations, and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in interior design, with a clear focus on hospitality projects.
• Portfolio showcasing hotel, restaurant, or F&B design work
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar)
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E selection, and technical detailing
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
