Job summary

Redfish Solutions is seeking a Lead Interior Designer for a Dubai-based hospitality-focused design studio. You will lead the design of luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants and F&B venues from concept through to completion, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 8–10 years of hospitality interior design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. GCC experience is advantageous; relocation to Dubai is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in interior design with a focus on hospitality projects.
• Proven portfolio of luxury hotel, resort, restaurant or F&B design work.
• Previous GCC experience, ideally in Dubai, with understanding of local market and approvals.
• Experience with international hotel brands and operators is advantageous.
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of hospitality projects from concept to completion.
• Produce innovative design concepts aligned with briefs and operator brand standards.
• Review design work for quality across projects and coordinate with teams.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, FF&E schedules and presentations.
• Lead concept and client presentations and build strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior and intermediate designers to foster a collaborative studio culture.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to maintain design intent through delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a strong design vision to lead the design of luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants and F amp B venues, delivering exceptional guest experiences from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion
• Produce innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and operator brand standards
• Take ownership of design quality across projects, reviewing the work of the team at key stages
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and coordination with internal teams and external consultants
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, FF amp E schedules and presentations
• Lead concept and client presentations, building strong relationships with clients, operators and brand teams
• Mentor and guide junior and intermediate designers, fostering a collaborative and creative studio environment
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained through to delivery

Requirements

• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar)
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E selection, bespoke joinery and technical detailing
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
