redfish solutions ltd is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury hospitality projects in Dubai. You will drive concept design from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client briefs, and collaborate with consultants and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hospitality interior design experience, a strong portfolio of hotels or F&B venues, and expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, specifications and presentations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a strong design vision and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences across luxury hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion
• Produce innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations
• Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality projects
• Proven portfolio showcasing luxury hotel, restaurant, or F&B design work
• Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar)
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E selection, and technical detailing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
