Job summary

redfish solutions ltd is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury hospitality projects in Dubai. You will drive concept design from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client briefs, and collaborate with consultants and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hospitality interior design experience, a strong portfolio of hotels or F&B venues, and expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hospitality interior design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating luxury hotel, restaurant, or F&B design work.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept to completion.
• Produce innovative design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
• Oversee preparation of detailed drawings, specifications and presentations.
• Mentor and support junior designers and foster collaboration with the team.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
