Job summary

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia-based Sener is seeking a Senior Manager – Interface Management to lead complex interface management for a major rail program. The role requires 20 years of overall experience, including 15 years in Rail & Metro, with extensive coordination of multidisciplinary interfaces across railway systems and infrastructure disciplines.

Qualifications

• 20 years of overall professional experience, including at least 15 years in Rail & Metro.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Extensive experience leading interface management on major railway, metro, or urban rail projects.
• Strong knowledge of interface management processes, interface registers, ICDs, and interface agreements.
• Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of interface management strategies, plans, procedures, and governance processes.
• Oversee the identification, documentation, tracking, and resolution of interfaces across railway systems and infrastructure disciplines.
• Manage interface registers, ICDs, interface agreements, and associated records.
• Lead interface meetings, technical workshops, and coordination reviews with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and operators.
• Monitor interface risks, design changes, technical discrepancies, scope boundaries, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, systems integration, construction, and project controls teams to ensure effective interface resolution.
• Track interface deliverables and resolution timelines against project milestones and schedules.
• Provide leadership to interface management teams and report critical issues, risks, and decisions to senior management.
