Job summary

Sener in the UAE is seeking an experienced Rail Systems Manager to lead rail systems engineering activities, coordinate technical deliverables, and guide interfaces with multidisciplinary teams on major rail projects. The role requires 15–20 years of overall experience, at least 10 years in rail, and strong expertise in signaling, telecommunications, or SCADA.

Fluency in English and excellent stakeholder coordination are essential.

Qualifications

15–20 years of overall professional experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the rail industry.
Strong technical background in at least one rail systems discipline (Signaling, Telecommunications, or SCADA).
Experience coordinating rail systems engineering activities, technical deliverables, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate rail systems engineering activities and provide technical leadership within your area of expertise.
Oversee engineering deliverables, technical reviews, and compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
Manage interfaces between rail systems and other engineering disciplines.
Support system integration, technical assurance, verification, testing, and commissioning activities.
Identify and resolve technical issues, interface challenges, and engineering risks.
Coordinate with clients, operators, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
