Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Design Interface Manager for a rail infrastructure project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves developing an Interface Management Plan and coordinating design teams to ensure all interfaces are managed effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in relevant fields, and strong skills in design integration and interface management. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in rail projects, rail operations, large-scale infrastructure, or complex transportation systems.
• Proven background in design integration and interface management on major rail, metro, airport-connected, or multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Experience in airport integration projects, including terminal operations and landside access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Interface Management Plan and Design Integration Strategy.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to deliver integrated design outputs.
• Monitor design progress and follow up on interface issues.
