Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Rail Systems Integration and Interface Manager in Dubai, UAE, to lead the integration for a major metro and railway programme. This senior role requires expertise in interface management and systems engineering, ensuring coordination across various disciplines including signaling, telecommunications, and rolling stock.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering fields, at least 10 years of rail systems experience, and strong analytical skills. This position offers an opportunity to work on transformative transportation projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in rail systems engineering and integration management.
• Proven experience leading interface management on major metro or transit projects.
• Strong expertise in ICD development, configuration management, and systems assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Interface and Systems Integration Management Strategy for the rail programme.
• Lead coordination across signaling, telecoms, traction power, SCADA, rolling stock, trackwork, and station systems.
• Ensure compliance with international rail standards, safety regulations, and performance specifications.
