Job summary

IFFCO Group seeks a senior insurance and risk management leader to provide overarching risk strategy, improve risk profiles, and manage a high-value insurance portfolio. You will drive cost-effective transfer/retention strategies, oversee timely claims settlement, and guide business units through risk awareness initiatives.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build robust relationships with insurers and surveyors across the Group.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in risk management with an insurance portfolio of over $1 billion.
• 5+ years in-charge independently handling insurance portfolios.
• Masters/Diploma/CII Fellowship as listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimum insurance and risk management to the IFFCO Group.
• Develop cost effective risk transfer/retention strategies for all units.
• Ensure timely claims settlement and claims management support.
• Lead and develop BUs with risk awareness and mitigation efforts.
• Build relationships with insurers, intermediaries and surveyors.
• Drive team performance and capability for risk management.
