Job summary

Nexgen Plastic Industry LLC in Umm Al Quwain is seeking a Senior Machine Operator with 7+ years of hands-on experience on 2500T+ injection moulding machines to join our production team. You will operate, monitor and optimise high-tonnage presses to meet daily targets.

You will lead shifts, coordinate operators, ensure quality, safety and housekeeping, and collaborate with maintenance for downtime fixes. Rotational shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in injection moulding operation.
• Experience with 2500T+ machines; 3000T+ or higher preferred.
• Experience with Tederic, Haitian or similar machines.
• Good knowledge of producing pallets, crates, and containers via injection moulding.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor large-tonnage injection moulding machines safely and efficiently.
• Manage shifts and coordinate the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Guide, support, and motivate junior operators and team members.
• Monitor machine parameters, production cycles, and product quality.
• Handle start-up, shutdown, mould changes, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe production environment.
