Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
• 8-10 years of experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of pre- and post-contract processes and claims.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for drawing verification.
• Ability to communicate commercial conclusions clearly to teams.
• UAE Quantity Surveyor certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Calculate quantities from contract drawings and specifications.
• Price measured work using bills of quantities and rates.
• Process post-contract matters including valuations, variations, payments and cash flow.
• Examine contractor payment applications and request substantiation.
• Audit payments against certified work and contractual provisions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management information.
• Coordinate workload of the commercial team members.
• Contribute to final payment assessment and closeout.
