Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract administration.
Experience in cost control, contract management, and claims handling.
Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Measure and price project works based on drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
Manage post-contract activities including interim payments, final accounts, and variations.
Prepare and review contractual correspondence and commercial documentation.
Provide advice on contractual matters and ensure compliance with requirements.
Monitor contractor resource allocation and project expenditure.
Audit contractor payments and validate submitted valuations.
Track work progress and maintain accurate measurement records.
Prepare variation orders and day works calculations.
Monitor final cost estimates and maintain expenditure tracking systems.
Review, negotiate, and settle contractor claims.
Coordinate team activities and support project commercial operations.
Prepare financial reports and monthly statements for management.
