Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract administration.
• Experience in cost control, contract management, and claims handling.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Measure and price project works based on drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.
• Manage post-contract activities including interim payments, final accounts, and variations.
• Prepare and review contractual correspondence and commercial documentation.
• Provide advice on contractual matters and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Monitor contractor resource allocation and project expenditure.
• Audit contractor payments and validate submitted valuations.
• Track work progress and maintain accurate measurement records.
• Prepare variation orders and day works calculations.
• Monitor final cost estimates and maintain expenditure tracking systems.
• Review, negotiate, and settle contractor claims.
• Coordinate team activities and support project commercial operations.
• Prepare financial reports and monthly statements for management.
