Qualifications
- 15+ years of prime contract administration experience on major roads and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of CESMM, FIDIC, and related standards.
- Excellent English communication and coordination with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage contractual and commercial correspondence for infrastructure contracts.
- Provide commercial support on variations, claims, and payment issues.
- Coordinate with clients and supervision teams on contractual matters.
- Prepare responses to contractual letters and maintain records.
- Maintain variation and claims registers and financial submissions.
- Review cost reports and monitor payment certificates.
