Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is recruiting a senior Project Manager for a major transportation infrastructure project in the GCC region. Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, planning and executing work from inception to completion, and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, quality and HSE requirements.

The role emphasizes strong client and stakeholder engagement, contract administration, and integrated planning across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or MBA is highly desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent registration is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects.
• Minimum 10 years in Project Management roles involving transportation infrastructure delivery.
• Experience delivering projects valued at USD 100 Million+.
• Experience within GCC infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of infrastructure project activities from inception through completion.
• Develop project execution plans, delivery strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure objectives are met related to scope, quality, schedule, budget and safety.
• Coordinate design, construction, and authorities for seamless delivery.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as required.
• Oversee risk and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
