Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Infra & Master Plan delivery. You will lead planning, design coordination, and construction activities across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring schedule, budget, and safety requirements are met for major transportation projects.

The role requires extensive experience in Abu Dhabi/GCC infrastructure, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering USD 100 million+ programmes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in major infrastructure and transportation projects.
• Minimum 10 years in project management roles involving transportation infrastructure delivery.
• Experience delivering projects valued at USD 100 million+.
• Experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE and GCC infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Experience within consultant, PMC, client-side, or major contractor organizations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of infrastructure project activities from inception through completion.
• Coordinate design consultants, construction teams, contractors, and authorities.
• Review engineering deliverables for constructability and compliance.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare executive project updates for senior management and client stakeholders.
