Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee transportation infrastructure programmes in the UAE. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate design and construction, and manage contracts and risk across the project lifecycle.

The role requires senior-level delivery leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and proven track record delivering USD 100M+ projects in GCC markets. Saudi/GCC regulatory familiarity is valued; a robust HSE and quality mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Management or MBA desirable.
PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
Chartered Engineer/PE registration advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of infrastructure project activities from inception through completion.
Develop project execution plans, delivery strategies, and roadmaps.
Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet milestones, budgets, and quality.
