Job summary

Atkins Realis Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure objectives are met in relation to scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety, while aligning with contractual requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's preferred
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred
• Chartered Engineer/PE or equivalent registration advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate design, construction, and authorities for constructability and compliance.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims and cost/risk controls.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones.
• Engage stakeholders and lead client review meetings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; maintain risk registers.
• Ensure quality, HSE compliance and handover readiness.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor project staff.
• Oversee project controls, reporting and interface coordination.
• Coordinate utility relocation and traffic management as needed.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover to operations.
