Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Associate Director - Infrastructure to lead delivery of complex projects across the UAE. The role requires strategic leadership, client relationship management, and strong governance across transportation, utilities, water and urban development.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coach staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage stakeholders, and drive value through robust project controls and procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure project or program management.
• Proven UAE/GCC infra delivery experience.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, risk, governance and reporting.
• Experience administering and managing FIDIC contracts and major infrastructure procurement strategies.
• Consultancy and client-side project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex infrastructure projects and programs across Abu Dhabi and UAE.
• Provide leadership to project teams and act as trusted advisor to clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, sustainably, and per regulations.
• Maintain health, safety, and wellbeing of the team; apply CDM principles.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and drive value through partnerships.
