Black Pearl Consult in Dubai seeks a Senior Sourcing Specialist to manage strategic sourcing and procurement for infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will shape sourcing strategies, drive supplier selection, and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and performance.

The role requires a strong track record in infrastructure procurement, excellent negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, procurement best practices, and contract management.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for infrastructure-related goods and services.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
